Michael
Peterson is one of the most promising young trainers on the
circuit today and has ambitions to reach the very top.
Michael joined the training ranks at Oxford in January 2006
having initially trained at Milton Keynes.
He became a trainer almost
by mistake in 2001 after his father went into hospital to
have a triple heart by-pass operation. Michael stepped in to
run the kennels and has been there ever since.
Ably supported by 4
full-time staff who's dedication, professionalism and hard
work is greatly appreciated by Michael, the team are willing
to travel anywhere in pursuit of glory. Opens have already
been won at Hove, Romford, Coventry, Harlow, Perry Barr and
Mildenhall.
With a kennel strength
consistently growing both in numbers and quality, it was no
surprise to see Michael take Trainer of the Year at Oxford
for the first time in 2009. He is determined to do
everything he can to retain his title in 2010.
